The Quarterly Check-In
Every plan we offer includes it. It’s the reason our clients aren’t on their own until next April.
Every few months we sit down together, by video, and walk through your numbers in plain language. What came in. What went out. What your tax picture looks like right now, while there’s still time to do something about it.
You bring questions. We explain the why and the how until it makes sense. That’s the difference between an accountant who files your paperwork and one who’s in your corner all year. On our top plan, the Check-In happens every month.

What does it cost?
Monthly plans start at $350. The exact price depends on how much work your books need and whether you want tax filing and planning included. Our pricing page shows every plan, and we confirm your price before you sign anything.
Is my business too small for this?
Most of our clients bring in between $250,000 and $1 million a year. If you are smaller than that, book a call anyway. We will tell you honestly whether now is the right time, and point you in a useful direction either way.
Do you actually know the landscaping business?
It is our main focus. Our clients run lawn care routes, install and irrigation companies, tree services, and hardscape crews. We know how seasonal cash flow works, how equipment purchases affect taxes, and why a busy month can still feel broke.
What does switching from my current accountant involve?
Less than you might think. Once you decide, we request your records, set up your books, and handle the handoff. Most of the work happens on our side while you keep running your crews.
Do we ever need to meet in person?
No. We are a virtual firm, so everything happens by phone and video. You never lose half a workday driving to an office, and we can work with you in most states.
What is the Quarterly Check-In?
A standing meeting where we walk through your numbers together: what came in, what went out, and what is coming next. You leave knowing where you stand. It is included in every plan, and monthly on our top plan.
